This program is not for everyone but if you're thinking about building your own home and concerned about locating the right (insured) subcontractors or being taken advantage of when purchasing materials, then you owe it to yourself to take a look at our program. With our owner-build consulting program, your consultant will walk with you through the entire building process. We will save you time and money while at the same time giving you the assistance you need to build your dream home.

Our program is designed to give you control of your project and the ability to finish the project with equity. You do not need experience, just 5-10 hours per week to complete your homeowner tasks. We help you determine finance options and set a budget and provide you with plan and property feedback from a builder's perspective. Once building begins, we conduct regular site visits to keep your project on schedule, review work completed, and help you schedule your next steps.

While some delays can't be avoided (weather, emergencies, etc.) the vast majority are due to poor planning. Let us help you avoid these delays. We will help you get your job done on time by providing the tools you need to manage your project effectively.
